Fastbirthcertificates.com is a document preparation and service for certain Federal, State, County, and City/Town documents. Our birth certificate filing service generally has four parts: 1) Gathering and preparing the proper paperwork and materials for your specific birth certificate request. This will vary depending on the state/county of birth and type of request. 2) Creating customized next steps for the client to complete any additional state requirements to obtain the birth certificate. This may vary by the state of birth, county of birth, and the client's relationship to the subject of the record. 3) Preparing any items required such that the birth certificate request paperwork can be easily and effortlessly be filed by our client. Generally, this means we will prepare a pre-addressed, pre-stamped envelope for our client such that the required documents can easily be sent to the issuing government office. 4) Delivering all of the above items to our client in what we call a Filing Package. In general, we mail the above items to our client's by regular US mail. For more details on our service, please click here.
Once your order is placed, Fastbirthcertificates.com begins processing immediately. Therefore the Fastbirthcertificates.com Processing Fee is non-refundable.
Because we file and begin processing immediately, we cannot offer refunds on birth certificate orders under any circumstances. In the rare event that we grant cancellation (an exception to our policy), we will likely charge a 50% cancellation fee.
We charge a flat, one time fee for our birth certificate service. This service is described above in "Service Provided". Our fee does not include any government fees associated with birth certificate requests. These fees must be payed separately by You to receive a birth certificate.
